Innovformation recrute une Communicatrice basée à Libreville.

Dans le cadre de son activité de mobilité internationale des étudiants vers la France, les États-Unis, le Canada, le Maroc et la Chine, Innovformation recherche une communicatrice dynamique et motivée. Vous serez chargée de développer et fidéliser une clientèle en proposant nos prestations de services.

  • Prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels en identifiant les opportunités dans les régions assignées.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations professionnelles avec les clients, en fournissant des informations sur nos services et en répondant à leurs besoins.
  • Présenter et démontrer nos services de manière convaincante aux clients potentiels.
  • Suivre les services et les performances, fournir des rapports réguliers sur les activités et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Participer à des événements commerciaux, des salons d'étude et d'autres initiatives marketing pour promouvoir nos services.

  • Diplôme d'études (ou équivalent) ; une formation en communication est un atout.
  • Expérience antérieure dans un call center.
  • Connaissance de base des techniques de vente, de négociation et de l'informatique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à atteindre les objectifs fixés.
  • Aptitude à conduire et à gérer efficacement un processus du début à la fin.
