Job Description

L'International Health Alliance (IHA) recrute au Cameroun 10 HIV Testing Services (HTS) Providers dédiés au déploiement rapide des stratégies de lutte contre le VIH/SIDA.

Missions et Responsabilités

  • Assurer le déploiement de kits de dépistage rapide en zones cibles.

  • Offrir un counseling adapté pour inciter à la prise en charge.

  • Organiser les circuits de référencement médicalisé sécurisés.

  • Veiller à l'approvisionnement continu en consommables médicaux.

  • Rédiger des rapports statistiques d'intervention quotidiens.

Formation certifiante en santé communautaire ou soins infirmiers.

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience sur un programme HTS similaire.

  • Flexibilité géographique pour interventions hors-agglomérations.

  • Aisance relationnelle auprès des communautés locales.

  • Rigueur extrême dans la collecte et l'archivage des données.
