The Communications Associate at UN-Habitat will contribute to promoting sustainable urbanization and human settlements in Ghana through effective communication strategies. This role involves developing and implementing communication plans, producing engaging content, and ensuring visibility of UN-Habitat's initiatives. The Associate will support stakeholder engagement, manage media relations, and assist in resource mobilization efforts. By enhancing communication and knowledge sharing, the Associate will help advance the organization's mandate and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. 6 years of relevant work experience or 2 years with a first-level university degree Experience in climate/development finance and environment Proven experience in media relations and communication strategies Strong skills in content development and social media marketing Fluency in English
