Ce que ce poste implique
Vous piloterez l’évaluation finale du cadre de coopération UNSCDF Gabon 2023-2027, en veillant à son indépendance et sa rigueur. Au quotidien, vous analyserez l’impact des programmes conjoints sur le terrain, animerez des ateliers avec les partenaires nationaux (gouvernement, société civile) et produirez des recommandations opérationnelles pour le prochain cycle. Cela exige une mobilité locale fréquente et une capacité à synthétiser des données complexes en français.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise avancée des méthodes d’évaluation (théorie du changement, évaluation participative) et des cadres de résultats ONU.
- Expérience prouvée en Afrique centrale, idéalement au Gabon ou dans un pays à contexte similaire (CEMAC).
- Capacité à négocier des recommandations avec des parties prenantes variées, du ministère aux ONG locales.
- Excellente expression écrite en français ; l’anglais est un atout pour les rapports de synthèse.
