Nous recrutons un(e) Associé RH pour piloter la fonction Ressources Humaines au Sénégal. Basé(e) en Afrique, vous serez un acteur clé du développement de notre organisation.

  • Recrutement : Gérer l'intégralité du processus de recrutement, de la définition du besoin à l'intégration.
  • Gestion Administrative RH : Administrer les contrats, la paie et les relations avec les organismes sociaux.
  • Formation & Développement : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan de formation annuel.
  • Relations Sociales : Piloter le dialogue social et veiller à un climat de travail épanouissant.
  • Politique RH : Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et des politiques de gestion des talents.

  • Bac+4/5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit Social ou Management.
  • Expérience en généraliste RH ou dans un domaine RH spécialisé.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et sens de la confidentialité.
