Employment Type : Full-time Department: Solutions Delivery Team – Application Development Unit About the Role Alliance Consulting & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and passionate Entry‑Level Flutter Developer to join our Application Development Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of mobile application development using Flutter and Dart, with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Advertisements Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to implement new features Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under supervision Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high‑quality deliverables Learn and apply best practices in mobile app performance, scalability, and UI/UX Contribute to project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides Stay updated with emerging Flutter/Dart trends, libraries, and development tools

Expérience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries Understanding of the mobile application lifecycle (Android/iOS) and app store publishing fundamentals Knowledge of Git or other version control systems

Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment Experience: 1–4 years of relevant functional experience Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills: Exposure to Firebase or other backend services Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Prior internship experience or personal Flutter projects.
