En tant que Chef.fe d'équipe Action Anticipatoire, vous serez responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la mise en œuvre des activités d'action anticipatoire dans le cadre humanitaire. Vous superviserez une équipe dédiée, assurerez le suivi des opérations et contribuerez à la stratégie de réponse rapide face aux crises. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires locaux et les autorités pour garantir une intervention efficace et adaptée aux besoins des populations vulnérables.

Nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté, doté d'une solide expérience en gestion d'équipe et en action humanitaire. Une connaissance approfondie des mécanismes d'action anticipatoire et des contextes de crise est indispensable. Le poste exige une excellente capacité d'analyse, de planification et de coordination, ainsi qu'une aisance relationnelle pour travailler avec des acteurs diversifiés. La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise ; la connaissance du français ou de l'arabe est un atout.
