Projektleder til nyt stort partnerskabsprojekt
Dansk Flygtningehjælp har indgået et femårigt partnerskab med Mødrehjælpen om at styrke trivsel og sundhed hos kommende forældre og småbørnsfamilier. Vi søger en erfaren projektleder til at lede dette nyskabende udviklingsarbejde med fokus på etniske minoritetsfamilier.
Dine opgaver
Som projektleder vil du være ansvarlig for at lede partnerskabsprojektet i henhold til bevillingens rammer, herunder fremdrift, målopfyldelse og økonomi. Du skal udvikle indsatser og metoder til opsporing af og støtte til familier i målgruppen samt nye tværfaglige samarbejdsmodeller mellem Dansk Flygtningehjælp og Mødrehjælpen. Du vil samarbejde med regioner, kommuner, civilsamfund og en ekstern evaluator om dataindsamling og analyser.
Din profil
Vi søger en kandidat med dokumenteret erfaring inden for projektledelse, gerne i større organisationer, og en relevant akademisk uddannelse. Du har mangeårig erfaring med frivilligbaserede indsatser, fondsfinansierede projekter samt arbejde med flygtninge og integration i Danmark, især ift. gravide og småbørnsfamilier. Du er udadvendt, involverende, relationelt stærk og udviklingsorienteret, samtidig med at du kan arbejde systematisk og målrettet. Gode formidlingsevner, flair for budgetopfølgning og evnen til at arbejde både selvstændigt og i samarbejde er vigtige.
Vi tilbyder
Stillingen er placeret i afdelingen Projekter i Dansk Flygtningehjælp Integration, med arbejdssted på Lyngbyvej 100, København Ø. Du skal operere landsdækkende, og der må forventes rejseaktivitet i Danmark. Vi tilbyder fleksibel arbejdstid, engagerede kollegaer og et uformelt arbejdsmiljø. Arbejdssproget er dansk. Ansættelse fra 1. september 2026, 37 timer ugentligt, i henhold til overenskomst mellem Dansk Flygtningehjælp og AC.
