Animateur/trice Commercial(e) de Stand
SOS Villages d'Enfants Côte d'Ivoire recrute un Animateur(trice) Commercial(e) de Stand pour renforcer son équipe de collecte de fonds. Basé(e) à la Direction Nationale à Abidjan (Cocody), vous serez sous la supervision du Manager Collecte de Fonds et Communication.

Recruter de nouveaux parrains et donateurs engagés en réalisant des entretiens de qualité et en expliquant l'importance de l'engagement pour les enfants de SOS Villages d'Enfants. Animer le stand de recrutement avec des animations attractives pour capter l'attention des passants. Rédiger des rapports hebdomadaires détaillant les activités de recrutement et les résultats obtenus. Assurer le suivi des performances commerciales et fournir des remontées d'informations pour améliorer la stratégie de collecte. Contribuer à la visibilité de l'organisation à travers des actions de communication sur le terrain. Proposer des idées innovantes pour améliorer la collecte de fonds et la communication. Travailler en équipe avec votre superviseur pour atteindre les objectifs définis.

Formation : Bac+2 minimum en Gestion Commerciale, Marketing ou Communication. Résider idéalement dans les communes de Marcory, Cocody, Angré ou zones environnantes. Une première expérience en vente, animation commerciale ou collecte de fonds est un plus.
Qualités requises :
Compétences en gestion commerciale, marketing/communication, capacité à négocier et convaincre. Bonne présentation, assiduité, élocution claire, maîtrise du français. Esprit d'initiative, autonomie, disponibilité totale (y compris week-ends), honnêteté, intégrité, sincérité. Orientation résultats, bon relationnel, capacité à travailler sous pression.
