Le Conseil Norvégien pour les Réfugiés (NRC) est une organisation non gouvernementale avec plus de 60 ans d’expérience, offrant une aide humanitaire afin d’assurer une vie sûre et digne aux personnes affectées par les déplacements. NRC intervient notamment dans la gestion des camps, les abris, l’éducation, l’assistance légale, l’eau, l’hygiène et l’assainissement ainsi que la protection. Dans le cadre de ses activités, NRC invite les fournisseurs compétents à soumissionner pour la fourniture des livres d’élèves dans les zones d’Ouallam et Maradi (Niger).
