La Croix-Rouge Nigérienne lance un appel d’offres ouvert pour la fourniture de repas chauds dans le cadre du projet « Protection et inclusion de la population affectée par la crise de la mobilité humaine (migrants, déplacés et hôtes) au Mali et au Niger ». Le DAO N° 001_03/2026_CRN/CRE NY est financé par l’AECID. L’appel d’offres concerne des structures de restauration et non des candidatures individuelles. Les soumissionnaires doivent retirer le dossier entre le 14 avril et le 23 avril 2026. Chaque soumissionnaire ne peut postuler que pour un seul lot dans sa localité d’implantation. Les offres physiques doivent être soumises en un original et deux copies aux adresses indiquées à Niamey ou à Tahoua. Les offres doivent respecter les exigences du dossier d’appel d’offres et être déposées dans les délais impartis.
