It is the only one of 15 CGIAR research centers dedicated entirely to animal agriculture research for the developing world. Responsabilités

effectively perform their duties. Support is offered across business systems, SharePoint updates, computer hardware, software, cybersecurity, and networking. The department ensures operational efficiency by maintaining an up-to-date IT infrastructure. The intern will support ILRI's ICT service desk by assisting with ICT service desk ticket management activities. Additionally, the intern will also get oriented to the various ICT units and functions they perform. Key responsibilities: The intern will work closely with the staff in the department and be involved in the following tasks: - 1. Manning the ICT service desk and assigning tickets to the appropriate technicians. 2. Provision of basic support to users of ICT Services.3. Performing routines diagnostics to ICT systems.4. Assist with setting up physical & virtual meetings.5. Cleanup of records in various ICT systems.6. Testing of new software and technical tools.7. Installing new software and hardware on endpoints.8. Delivering hardware and resources to staff as required.9. Perform other duties as may be allocated by the supervisor.Position
