HSE OFFICER

Responsible for all aspects of OSHA Safety Programs, manage and/or oversee various projects while providing Health, Safety and Environment advice to the Company and Contract personnel to achieve zero accidents/incidents and ensure 100% compliance with Health, Safety and Environment legislation. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement an HSE Management System; Design and implement programs to sensitize employees in practicing Health and Safety methods at the workplace; Develop HSE policies and procedures in accordance with Standards and Legislation; Provide Accident and Incident investigation and analysis and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrence; Provide HSE competency enhance programs e.g. defensive driving, OSHA etc; Act as liaison with external stakeholders on HSE issues; Provide an emergency response plan, testing and review; Provide consultation to all levels of staff on HSE related issues; Supervises HSE staff; Perform special assignments and other related duties as required.
