Wafacash Central Africa recrute un Animateur Réseau
Dans le cadre du développement de son réseau, Wafacash Central Africa recherche un Animateur Réseau dynamique et motivé pour assurer l'animation et le suivi de l'activité commerciale dans sa zone de chalandise.
Animation et suivi de l'activité commerciale dans sa zone de chalandise ; Développement commercial et prospection dans sa zone commerciale ; Déploiement terrain de la stratégie commerciale ; Image de marque et conformité terrain ; Formation, accompagnement et motivation des opérateurs.
Formation : Bac+2 à Bac+4 en commerce, gestion, banque ou équivalent. Expérience : Au moins 2 ans dans une fonction commerciale terrain ou en animation de réseau. Compétences clés : animation commerciale et dynamisation de points de vente ; prospection et développement commercial ; connaissance des réseaux d'agences ou de la distribution ; capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et d'organisation ; excellentes compétences relationnelles et pédagogiques ; leadership, autonomie, esprit d'initiative, diplomatie, mobilité.
