You'll support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods. Your goal will be to maintain a safe, productive and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock movements and conducting regular audits. Ensure accurate labelling, storage and rotation of goods. Warehouse Operations: Supervise and coordinate the shipment, storage and dispatch of goods. Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures. Team Management: Assist in leading and developing a team of warehouse staff. Provide guidance, training and support to ensure team members meet productivity and quality standards. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions. Reporting and Analysis: Assist in generating reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels and productivity. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Requirements: Education: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
