The position requires strong financial analysis skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline

Experience in financial management roles

Understanding of statutory reporting and accounting standards

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Experience in mentoring senior management

Strong numeracy and IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office

Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets

Fluent in written and spoken English

Experience working in the INGO sector
