As our operations continue to expand and the volume of financial transactions increases, the Finance unit is currently facing staffing shortages. This situation has led to an urgent need to recruit for the Finance Assistant position. The new role will be essential in managing the rising number of invoices, processing payments, and financial reporting activities. Under the supervision of the Finance Officer and the Head of Finance Unit, the job holder will: Assist in providing procedural and technical support to staff within the areas of finance and budget, to ensure compliance with WFP financial policies, rules and regulations. Monitor monthly expenditure forecasts and provide expenditure reports in order to facilitate informed decision-making.
