Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across the hotel
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for the F&B department
• Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to achieve operational excellence
• Plan and manage menus, special events, and banqueting operations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as required Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior F&B management role within a luxury hotel environment
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Knowledge of F&B trends, service techniques, and operational best practices Qualifications
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field advantageous
