The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all marketing operational activities at the advertised locations. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 4 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Market and sell the Company’s insurance products Ensure the achievement of set goals and yearly production targets Develop marketing strategies based on knowledge of the Company’s objectives, market characteristics, cost and make up factors Submit strategies in line with the overall corporate objectives for the achievement of set targets Deliver marketing activities within established budget Establish and build business relationships with existing and potential clients in order to protect existing books of business Provide market intelligence information in a timely manner to enable the Company react to changes in the business Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new opportunities for business growth. Maintain existing relationships in order to protect existing books of business. Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products. Communicate renewal premiums to clients and follow up to ensure renewal of policies. Provide feedback to the Operations, Finance, Business Development, ICT Departments to ensure that quality service and underwriting standards are maintained to achieve client satisfaction Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or Social Science Degree. Minimum of 4years relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry Proficiency in MS Office applications.
