This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits,compliance with labour laws and fostering organizational culture. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key responsibilities Employee relations & welfare Handles employees’ grievances, disciplinary issues and conflict resolution Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives Manage leave, attendance and welfare programs Talent acquisition and employment Develop and execute recruitment strategies Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection processes Conduct reference checks and prepare employment contracts Coordinates new employee orientation and onboarding Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal processes Support goal setting and performance improvement plans Recruit persons with the right attitude to deliver services to clients within and without working hours Training and Development Identify training needs and organize capacity building programs Support carrier development succession planning Compensation and benefits Administer payroll in accordance to the Chief Executive officer’s pay structure Manage other benefits including health insurance and other incentives Compliance and administration Ensure compliance with labour laws Act, 2003 (act 651) and other relevant laws Maintain accurate employee records and HR database Prepare HR reports and statistics for management HR policy Development Review and update HR policies, procedures and employees handbook Location : Accra Salary : Attractive Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
