Here's an overview of the role: Key Responsibilities Market Research and Strategy Identify potential markets, industries, and clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to shape business strategies. Lead Generation and Client Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through various channels. Engage with prospective clients to understand their software needs and propose solutions. Relationship Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery. Sales and Revenue Growth Achieve revenue targets by selling IT software solutions and services.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align on deliverables and strategies. Provide insights from the market to aid in product development and marketing initiatives. Reporting and Analysis Track and report on sales performance and progress toward business objectives. Provide detailed forecasts and business activity updates to management.

Strong understanding of IT software solutions, services, and trends. Proven track record in business development or sales within the IT industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus). Key Metrics for Success Revenue and profit growth. Number of new clients onboarded. Retention and satisfaction rates of existing clients. Achievement of sales and lead generation targets.
