Within delegated authority, the PPO (Resilience and Food Systems) will report to the Head of Programme and be responsible for the following duties: Program Design & ImplementationPartnership & Stakeholder EngagementIdentify and engage government MINADER/Food Systems convenor, for co-development and alignment of activities.Resource MobilizationContribute to the elaboration of funding proposals for resilience-enabled, climate-smart food systems projects targeting donors including bilateral, multilateral, and climate finance sources.Capacity StrengtheningSupport capacity strengthening of WFP staff, partners, and local stakeholders; develop and deliver tailored training and mentoring.Evidence Generation & LearningEstablish research and evaluation components, generate learning outputs, and support performance monitoring in collaboration with M&E teams.Communication & AdvocacySupport external messaging, stakeholder workshops, and high-level positioning of WFP as a leader in integrated resilience and food systems.
