Sous la supervision du responsable MEAL, vous serez chargé
- e de coordonner et superviser les activités de suivi, évaluation, redevabilité et apprentissage au sein de l'équipe. Vous contribuerez à la mise en œuvre des systèmes de collecte de données, à l'analyse des résultats et à l'amélioration continue des programmes.

Le poste requiert une expérience significative dans le domaine du suivi et évaluation, idéalement dans le contexte humanitaire ou de développement. Une bonne connaissance des outils et méthodes de collecte de données, ainsi que des compétences en gestion d'équipe, sont attendues.
