seront les suivantes : Tâches spécifiques : 1- Contribuer à la satisfaction client, 2- Appliquer les procédures et modes opératoires standards du Réseau Neemba 3- Réaliser les demandes de garantie dans le système d'information 4- Gérer le stock et le retour des pièces sous garanties remplacées 5- Suivre le remboursement des dossiers garantie 6- Suivre le remboursement des dossiers garantie 7- Vérifier et confirmer la prise en charge des travaux en garantie constructeur 8- Mettre à jour les devis en fonction de leurs status 9- Suivre les dossiers en cours de l'ouverture à la clôture Profile recherché: -- Être titulaire d'un BAC+3 en mécanique ou une formation équivalente. -- Avoir au moins trois (3) ans expérience dans le domaine de la maintenace/SAV -- Avoir une bonne capacité à structurer ses tâches -- Bonne maître du Pack Office Ce poste est basé à conakry
