NOUS RECRUTONS SPECIALISTE DE LA REMUNERATION ET DE LA PERFORMANCE MISSIONS PRINCIPALES • Traitement et contrôle de la paie et des éléments de rémunération; • Assurer le suivi des charges sociales, déclarations et obligations légales; Analyse des données salariales et des indicateurs RH; • Production de reportings et tableaux de bord (Excel avancé); Contribution à l'optimisation des coûts et à la performance RH.
