L’Institut Supérieur HINTEL recrute un(e) Responsable de la Discipline Institut Supérieur Hintel (BP 4615, Fabrique Ngousso - Yaoundé) recherche un Responsable de la Discipline . Ce poste vise à superviser la discipline et le bien-être des étudiants, en garantissant le respect du règlement intérieur et le maintien de l’ordre via les procédures appropriées.
Responsabilités
- Gérer les incidents liés au comportement étudiant;
- Élaborer/déployer stratégies favorisant discipline/respect des règles;
- Suivre cas d’indiscipline et appliquer sanctions adaptées;
- Contribuer aux programmes de sensibilisation/prévention;
- Collaborer avec éducateurs pour climat scolaire serein.
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire en éducation/gestion;
Expérience
- Expérience en gestion disciplinaire (atout);
- Compétences communication/gestion conflits;
- Aptitude travail avec étudiants;
- Niveau minimum Bac;
