EHS GUINEE, leader dans les solutions logistiques en Afrique, recherche un Agent Service Client talentueux et bilingue pour rejoindre son bureau de Conakry.
Missions :
- Gestion des appels et emails en français et anglais.
- Suivi en temps réel des expéditions.
- Résolution proactive des litiges logistiques.
- Mise à jour de la base de données CRM.
Profil :
- Diplôme supérieur en Commerce, Logistique ou Langues.
- Niveau d'anglais (écrit/oral) excellent.
