National Consultant in Charge of Developing Resources Mobilization Strategy for the Implementation of the Humanitarian Transition and Beyond in Cameroon North-West and South-West Regions

Contexte : Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre de la transition humanitaire et au-delà dans les régions du Nord-Ouest et du Sud-Ouest du Cameroun, nous recherchons un consultant national pour élaborer une stratégie de mobilisation des ressources.
Missions : À l'issue de la consultation, les résultats suivants sont attendus :
- Une cartographie complète et actualisée des organisations nationales (humanitaires et de développement) par municipalités accessibles et sécurisées (zones sûres) ;
- Une base de données des parties prenantes et une analyse des partenariats ;
- Une évaluation détaillée des opportunités et mécanismes de financement ;
- Une stratégie de mobilisation des ressources claire, réaliste et adaptée au contexte ;
- Un plan d'action pratique aligné sur les priorités de la transition humanitaire.**
