Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Officer in Anambra State. You will be crucial in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Your expertise in developing and maintaining relationships will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsabilités

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt product delivery to clients. Prepare and present periodic reports on sales activities and performance. Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Formation / DiplĂ´mes

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline. Experience in sales or customer relationship management is preferred Minimum of 5 years relevant sales work experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
