JOB SUMMARY Minimum Requirements:HND/B.Sc in Engineering StudiesTrade tested Millwright or ElectricianMin: 3-6 months on the job training plus Vendor MaintenanceExperience in routine electrical and instrumentation maintenance or similar RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a safe & healthy working environmentComply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislationMaintain safety and housekeeping standards, Proper 5s around equipment'sMaintain, Repair and troubleshoot coding and inspection Equipment's (Video jet machine, Best code machine, Krones EBI, Krones FCI)Carryout preventive maintenance checks on Coding and Inspection machinesDevelop Standard work instructions on coding and inspection machines.Work In TeamsCommunicate effectively in teamsContribute to self and team developmentApply the VPO principles & practicesAll work is carried out using the VPO principlesOtherInterpret process description specifications and conduct modifications /optimizations of process control software as per specifications and software standardsIdentify process control software deviations and resolve or recommend solutionsSupport the process control software change management processMaintain process control software integrity and securitySupport the development of and upgrade preventative maintenance procedures for inspection & coding systems REQUIRED SKILLS Work place safety, Compliance, Safety systems REQUIRED EDUCATION Diploma, Associate's degree
