JOB SUMMARY Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldAt least 6 to 8 years of experience in Tech management operations, preferably in the CPG industry RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Systems for Nigeria. Including hands-on support from time to timeImplement and support IT strategies that align with our business goalsManage IT projects, ensuring timely completion within budgetFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the local systems departmentEnsure compliance with IT standards, policies, and regulationsProvide leadership and guidance to your team, nurturing talent and encouraging professional growthSupport the Nigeria management team to align with technology leads in Africa and Global Tech TeamsSupport the execution of local business strategyAccountable for availability, stability, and performance of core IT services (end‑user, infrastructure, network, applications)Own and manage major incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Ensure effective execution of IT service management processes (incident, problem, change)Act as the single point of accountability for Tech service delivery and operational performance in Nigeria REQUIRED SKILLS IT support, IT management, Leadership skills, IT architecture REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree
