Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Officer role based in Akure.

The Relationship Officer will develop and maintain relationships with clients, manage loan portfolios, and support small and medium enterprises with financial products and services.

Responsibilities include monitoring client accounts, achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to grow the client base.

Qualifications

Strong Business Relationship Management skills and the ability to nurture and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of Finance, including managing loan portfolios and financial solutions

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Sales and achieving organizational targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

OND, NCE, HND, BSC

Previous experience in the microfinance or banking sector is a plus

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
