Alpha Associates 

Role Summary

We are looking for a driven IT professional who combines hands-on ERPNext technical skills with solid functional knowledge of core business processes. You will work across the full project lifecycle — requirements gathering, configuration, customisation, user training, and ongoing support — while also contributing to internal product development and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Configure and customise ERPNext modules to match client business workflows

Build custom DocTypes, Frappe forms, dashboards, and reports

Develop server-side scripts, scheduled jobs, and REST API integrations in Python

Write client-side customisations using JavaScript and Jinja Templating

Support & Operations

Provide Level 1–2 technical and functional support to clients in Mwanza and across Tanzania

Diagnose and resolve ERPNext issues including data integrity, workflows, and permission errors

Manage bench setup, multi-tenant deployments, patches, and upgrades

Document configurations, customisations, and support resolutions

Development & Automation

Develop and maintain custom Frappe apps and integrations (M-Pesa, PesaPal,
