Missions : Au sein de l'équipe recouvrement, vous serez en charge de la gestion et du suivi des dossiers de recouvrement, de la relation client dans le cadre du recouvrement amiable et contentieux, et de la mise en œuvre des stratégies de recouvrement pour optimiser le recouvrement des créances.

** Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité ou gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans le recouvrement ou la relation client. Vous maîtrisez les techniques de recouvrement et disposez d'un bon sens de la négociation. La connaissance du secteur bancaire est un atout.
