We are recruiting a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Officer to grow our client portfolio and achieve commercial targets.

LOCATION: Accra, Head O..., Ghana | CONTRACT: CDI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prospect, acquire and retain a client portfolio
Meet and exceed sales targets
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations
Negotiate contracts and close sales
Provide regular reporting on commercial activities
Monitor competitors and analyze the market

REQUIRED PROFILE

Commercial degree (BBA, MBA in business or marketing)
2-5 years of sales or business development experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Results-oriented, autonomous with a competitive mindset
Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales techniques
