Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month

Locations: Aba, Asaba, Bayelsa, Portharcourt, Awka, Benin, Calabar, Ebonyi, Edo North, Ikom, Onitsha, Owerri, Ughelli, Umuahia, Warri,and Uyo

Description

As a VSR, you will play a key role in driving product availability, building customer relationships, and delivering monthly sales objectives across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned outlets.

Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock—zero-credit policy applies.

Operate within the approved stock allocation limit.

Drive distribution and visibility of all products in the market.

Maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors and resolve field issues promptly.

Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and timely submission of sales reports.

Guarantee proper in-market execution, pricing compliance, and product availability.

Zero Debt Compliance

95%+ Market Execution Standards

Accurate Daily Reconciliation

Timely Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

100% Product Availability in Assigned Outlets

Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Proper Driving Experience

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline

1–3 years experience in sales (FMCG experience is an added advantage)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good knowledge of assigned market terrain

Must be result-oriented, disciplined, and accountable

Must be technologically inclined.
