Fixed INCOME TRADER OFFICER

ECOBANK CAMEROON S.A is recruiting a Fixed Income Trader Officer ready to work across the national territory.The position is based in Douala. I. JOB PURPOSEEnsure the trading of securities (bills and bonds) on the primary and secondary market for CEMACaffiliates within approved regulations and internal guidelines.Implement on a daily basis the Fixed Income Trading strategy.Analyze market movements and tendencies on the fixed income market (ability to identifychanges in the yield curve).Negotiate securities on the primary market within approved limits.Edit on a daily basis all fixed income trading related reports (positions, limits, valuations).Inform key stakeholders (internal and external) of developments on the markets (quotesfluctuations).Negotiate securities on the secondary market.Develop and maintain good relationships with all key stakeholders internally and externally.Handle all administrative reports and documents.Publish a periodic market data report for the trading activity.Any other task assigned.JOB LEVEL: 6 / JOB GRADE: 3AIV. JOB PROFILEExperience & QualificationsBac + 3 minimum in finance, management, banking or accounting.Broad knowledge of banking practices and regulations.Very good with numbers.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong negotiation skills.Can work autonomously.III.
