You will provide excellent guest service in our restaurant and ensure a smooth dining experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome guests and present menus Take orders and serve food/drinks according to standards Provide excellent customer service Check on guests to ensure satisfaction Maintain the cleanliness of tables, stations and service areas Coordinate with the kitchen and supervisors to ensure timely service Follow hygiene and safety procedures QUALIFICATION Minimum grade 12 certificate Prior waiting Experience Good communication, teamwork, and time management Ability to upsell and promote specials Basic math skills for handling cash
