** Sous la supervision du chef de bureau, le/la titulaire contribue à la coordination inter-agences et à la mise en œuvre de la réponse humanitaire dans la région de San. Il/elle assure la liaison avec les partenaires, les autorités locales et les clusters, et participe à la planification stratégique et au suivi des activités.

- Faciliter la coordination entre les agences des Nations Unies, les ONG et les autorités locales.
- Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des plans de réponse humanitaire.
- Assurer la collecte et l'analyse de données pour les rapports de situation.
- Organiser et animer des réunions de coordination.
- Contribuer à la mobilisation des ressources et à la communication externe.**

- Diplôme universitaire supérieur (master ou équivalent) en relations internationales, sciences politiques, développement ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans dans la coordination humanitaire ou le développement.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement multiculturel.
- Connaissance du contexte malien et des enjeux humanitaires dans la région du Sahel est un atout.
