Job description We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Payments to lead complex projects in the banking and financial services sector. You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management of payments initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk management strategies.

Liaise with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to ensure seamless delivery.

Manage project dependencies and critical milestones, providing status updates to senior leadership.

Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members where required.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven Senior Project Management experience (minimum 8 years), ideally in banking or financial services.

Strong Payments domain knowledge, including payment systems, gateways, real-time payments, card processing, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects .

Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies .

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master) advantageous.
