DEPUTY FINANCE AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

📌 The Deputy Finance and Compliance Manager at Mercy Corps will support the Country Office in reporting financial information and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves managing financial aspects of sub-awards, conducting financial reviews, and providing training on compliance. The position requires collaboration with various partners and stakeholders to strengthen financial systems and support programmatic interventions. The successful candidate will also oversee the maintenance of grant files and ensure timely reporting and compliance with donor requirements. 5 years of finance experience 4 years of finance management experience with NGOs University degree in finance or accounting Strong background in compliance and coordination Experience in financial analysis and reporting Advanced computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel Fluent in English; Hausa is a plus
