** L'enjeu principal est de communiquer sur les travaux et activités de la Direction en les rendant accessibles et en valorisant leurs succès. Le poste nécessite de structurer une stratégie de communication interne efficace, incluant des réalisations diversifiées telles que la production de vidéos, infographies, articles et supports de présentation.

- Structurer les thématiques et campagnes de communication.
- Produire des supports de communication attractifs.
- Élaborer un calendrier éditorial pérenne.
- Prioriser les actions en fonction de leur criticité.
- Déployer un plan d'action sur 6 à 12 mois.
Compétences attendues
- Production de supports de communication (vidéos, infographies, tutoriels, articles).
- Structuration éditoriale et gouvernance des contenus.
- Adaptation des messages pour chaque profil cible.
- Mise en forme et diffusion des contenus sur les canaux identifiés.
