• Participer à l’identification des travaux et à l’élaboration des requêtes de financement.
• Réaliser les activités de contrôle, de supervision et de réception des travaux.
• Examiner et formuler des observations sur les études d’exécution.
• Elaborer les plans de travail et de budgétisation annuels.
• Elaborer les dossiers d’appel d’offres pour le choix des Prestataires et participer à leur choix.
• Elaborer les projets de marchés.
• Elaborer et suivre les plans de décaissement des projets. Profil
• Ingénieur en Génie Civil, Génie Rural, Hydraulique, Electromécanique ou Hydrogéologie.
• Formation complémentaire en Gestion de Projets.
• Expérience de 10 ans minimum en travaux.
• Avoir participé ou supervisé des travaux hydrauliques au Sénégal.
• Maîtriser le fonctionnement des infrastructures hydrauliques ; Bonne connaissance du secteur hydraulique rurale au Sénégal.
• Solides connaissances en Génie Civil/Génie Rural/Hydraulique/Electromécanique.
