Description de l'offre Nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) d’Affaire pour un de nos clients évoluant dans le BTP. Compétences attendues :

• Connaître son marché et son environnement concurrentiel
• Bâtir son plan d’action commercial (PAC)
• Analyser ses forces et ses faiblesses
• Valoriser ses avantages concurrentiels
• Positionner son offres
• Optimiser son processus de vente
• Fidéliser son portefeuille client
• Travailler son plan de communication
• Inclure la négociation
• Utiliser un CRM
• Participer au appels offre
• Planifier son action commerciale : tenir à jour la liste de ses Clients
• Enrichir son fichier de prospects, connaître la situation des marchés en menant une veille permanente.
• Faire de la prospection commerciale afin d’établir des prises de Contact, effectuer le suivi des prospects, connaître les décisionnaires et leur présenter une offre commerciale adaptée.
• Rencontrer les clients sur le terrain et démarcher des prospects.
• Faire le point régulièrement avec sa hiérarchie, évaluer ses résultats en fonction de ses objectifs.
• Gestion du portefeuille : suivi du client, vérification du respect des clauses établies,
