The Senior Reintegration Associate will support the effective delivery and coordination of reintegration assistance for returning migrants in Cameroon. This role involves technical coordination of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) activities, communication with various stakeholders, and recruitment and training of Reintegration Assistants. The Associate will also conduct assessments of returning migrants, ensure data collection, and collaborate with the monitoring and evaluation unit. Additionally, the position requires contributing to project analysis and reporting, as well as organizing capacity-building activities. University degree in social sciences or related field Four years of relevant professional experience Operational experience in migration themes Knowledge of project implementation and monitoring Experience in Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration Experience in organizing trainings and capacity building High level of computer literacy Fluency in French and English
