Job Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Associate (Reintegration) to support the implementation and monitoring of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) programs. This role involves providing technical, administrative, and operational support to ensure effective execution of AVRR activities. The Project Associate will guide beneficiaries, manage individual files, and assist in business planning for returnees. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to IOM standards for confidentiality and protection. University degree in relevant field or completed High School with five years experience Experience in migration and/or protection Experience with diverse actors including government and NGOs Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft applications Good analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in case management and AVRR programming Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and French
