Job Description

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Project Associate (Reintegration) to support the implementation and monitoring of Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration (AVRR) programs. The role involves providing technical, administrative, and operational support to ensure effective execution of AVRR activities. Key responsibilities include guiding beneficiaries, managing individual files, and facilitating business plan development for returnees. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and adherence to IOM standards for confidentiality and protection of beneficiary data. University degree in relevant field or completed High School with five years experience Experience in migration and/or protection Experience with mixed migrant populations Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft applications Good analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in case management and AVRR programming Good communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and French
