We’re looking for a Data Entry Specialist who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and organization. You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in maintaining the information that powers our travel experiences—updating accommodation details, pricing, images, and content in our internal system. This role offers significant long-term growth opportunities, though we want to be transparent: the initial period will involve highly detailed and repetitive tasks that require focus, patience, and precision. Update accommodation details, pricing, descriptions, and travel content. Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies quickly. Perform high-volume data entry using spreadsheets and databases. Organize digital assets such as images and listings. Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality and productivity goals. Help improve processes and maintain consistency across large datasets. What Makes You a Great Fit Near-native written and spoken English. Experience in data entry, administration, or operations support. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Based in Europe with a reliable internet connection. Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel. Basic image editing skills are a plus. Passion for European travel is a bonus.
