Once you have submitted your technical and financial offer, you must send an email to the address below to inform us of your submission:  Any infringement of these measures (e.g. inclusion of a price element in the technical offer, or submission of offers outside the specified e-mail addresses or deposit areas) will constitute an element of non-compliance and will result in the rejection of the offer by the evaluation committee.   3. Complementary or additional services This contract does not include any complementary or additional acquisition of goods. In the event where complementary or additional acquisition of goods would be required (initially not included), its value will be limited to a maximum of 50% of the initial value of the contract. When several successive amendments are made, this limit applies to the value of each amendment.
