Position : Head of Sales - Freetown

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and expanding market share while ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive performance and accountability.

Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Establish and monitor sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce.

Strengthen relationships with key clients and partners to drive long-term business growth.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Required profile for job ad : Head of Sales - Freetown

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Experience managing teams and driving performance in competitive markets

Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
